Back in league action this weekend as we look to bounce back from FA Cup heatbreak away at Slough Town. The Rebels currently sit bottom of the league on just 4 points but have appointed a new manager and received major new investment this week.

No real injury update this week but Brennan Camp was described as needing a fitness test after picking up a lip injury at Dover. No update on Pybus after he missed out against Dover.

Predictions:

Slough Town 1-2 Dorking (Lewis, Rutherford)

845 att.

                             Morris

               Camp      Philpot     Ilesanmi

      Wood       Annesley      Pinchard      Lewis

                             Barrett

                     Nikaj         Rutherford

Subs: Sayers, Francomb, McIntrye, Tauta-Caballero, Vincent, McShane, Rogalski

@dorkingelliot Just that it's best all round, and certainly the best for us - sorry to be vague!

Makes it all the more daft to peddle the story about the travel. He lived in Flint Hill Close and people used to see him at the shops in town FFS! This club! 🙄

@dorkingelliot I’m on their WhatsApp group and not one of the BOA members got involved in the chat so guess it’s being kept hush

Would normally expect some goals here, but we are nothing if not unpredictable. 1-0 DW win (Nikaj).

Real shame about Dennon - so productive down the left flank - and will be hard to replace.  I hope we get something of an explanation in due course.

New Manager bounce for Slough here and a 2-2 draw. Nikaj and Rogalski with the equaliser.

In the pre match interview they said Dennon has been commuting from Watford for training, which is no good

Also said it could be 15 December for Salisbury rearrangement, so potentially a few midweeks coming up.

As a follow up to that, the guy standing next to me in the ground says that is odd, because he regularly saw Dennon with Nikaj by the fire station in Spook Hill, North Holmwood...

It's Dennon's girlfriend who lives in Watford.

First half by the way, everything but the finishing! Hopefully see Alfie 2nd half.

Very strong 2nd half

Needed that win

By all accounts DW got £7.5k for Dennon

Time to move forwards and climb the table.

@dorking-eagle I actually played against Dennon at junior 7 a side football back in the day.

Much better second half, we was in complete control and I knew once we got one that would be the catalyst to go on and score more and win.

Great win - a needed win!

Nikaj just can’t stop scoring! Who has more this season now, him or Rogawlski?
