Dorking Wandering
The Dorking Wanderers FC Fans Forum
Back in league action this weekend as we look to bounce back from FA Cup heatbreak away at Slough Town. The Rebels currently sit bottom of the league on just 4 points but have appointed a new manager and received major new investment this week.
No real injury update this week but Brennan Camp was described as needing a fitness test after picking up a lip injury at Dover. No update on Pybus after he missed out against Dover.
Predictions:
Slough Town 1-2 Dorking (Lewis, Rutherford)
845 att.
Morris
Camp Philpot Ilesanmi
Wood Annesley Pinchard Lewis
Barrett
Nikaj Rutherford
Subs: Sayers, Francomb, McIntrye, Tauta-Caballero, Vincent, McShane, Rogalski
Great win in the circumstances - new manager, storm, free ticket brigade. Some great finishes from the boys too.
Shout out Seb T-C. Class when he came on, would love to see him get some more minutes. His cameo didn’t go unnoticed today.
Shadow storm finished second in the 9.18 so no 10k for a new player!
Alfie covered so much ground when he came on, offered so much. The subs all contributed to be fair, Seb was decent too.
Well done the management team, right changes.
"Why would I leave to join a League Two club? We're going there anyway!" - Marc White
Yes exactly what was needed and the second half was very dominant.
Glad we got given that whole side stand with that terrible weather, wouldn’t have fancied standing in that for a few hours.
