Bit of discussion about the 26/27 squad in the other thread so thought I'd move it to it's own one. I am sure we will see a retained list in the next week or so but for now, the confirmed contracted players for next season are:

Brennan Camp

Josh Taylor (injured for the first few months)

Harry Pinchard

James McShane

Seb Tauta-Caballero

Dennon Lewis

Alfie Rutherford

Jake Lawrence

Confirmed players leaving so far:

Tony Craig (retired)

Luke Moore (retired)

Niall McManus

Who would everyone keep/release for next season?

Shame about Mick Daniels, he goes way, way back with the club, and he was always brilliant with the supporters. I guess it is a big time commitment being at the club these days.

Odd it hasn't been announced yet.

@dorking-eagle I'm told there have been some big changes behind the scenes - all very positive. Press release will be imminent...

Having a brand new coaching squad is a bit concerning at this stage. Also, I've not seen McShane, Pinchard or Pybus in any of the training photos yet.

Hoping we get a weekly update either today or tomorrow from Marc.

People who have seen him around have said Pybus is looking a lot more lean and trim this season.

McShane and Pybus visible in the training footage just released. Mick Daniels also visible!

No Pinchard is a bit concerning... has he left the club!?

Not seen anything from Pinchard, even on his socials. Maybe injured?
Didn’t see Rob Tuvey on the training video either , only JC

@gary-munnery No idea why there were 4-5 coaches on a match day last season, all shouting directions at the lads from the bench. Looked like a joke.

You need 2 only. Look at any other team that is professional. Perhaps copy them.

You choose between Rob Tuvey or Jordan Clark as your assistant, and then you tell everyone else to wind it back in and not talk. If they are allowed on the bench.

Tuvey has not managed the running of a bath before in senior mens, so its an obvious one to go with Jordan Clark.

Jordan Clark did a great job at Redhill.

Said been changed behind scenes but no concrete details, apart from new Head of Performance Jake? and new physio. Consulted Charlton a lot about what should change. Fans Forum next month. More details later including about ground.

A bit of a dissapointing update to be honest. Only real bit of news was the new head of performance, but nothing about other staff, injured players, etc.

Wonder if Rob has left, he got a better offer from Maidstone. Or was there a falling out?

@calvertskans Probably a little early for updates on the long term injuries and when they might return - or maybe we can assume all bar Josh Taylor (and possibly McShane) will be fit and ready for the new season?
