The final game of the season awaits, as we travel to Somerset this weekend to face promotion rivals, Weston-super-Mare. The Seagulls are one of the form teams in the league and sit just inside the playoffs in 8th place, 1 point behind us. A win for Dorking would guarantee at least 3rd place, whereas a point would guarantee playoffs. A defeat may also be enough if any of the teams below us drop points. A reminder that 6 of the top 8 teams face eachother this weekend.

Marc said in the weekly update that Jordan Norville-Williams is ruled out for the remainder of the season and that Pat Casey was also unlikely to return. The good news though is that Alfie Rutherford should be available once again and Jimmy Muitt is likely to return to the bench for this one. There was no news on the likes of McManus, Knight, Pybus or Liam Vincent.

Predictions:

Weston 2-2 Dorking (McCallum, Carter)

2,090 att.

                         Foulkes

       Camp         Francomb       F.Vincent

Enslin        Pinchard          Moore           Lewis

                          Carter

               McCallum       Pearson

Subs: Knight, Sullivan, Sidwell, Muitt, Prior, Rutherford, Lawrence

Would be great to get something from this game, but really don't see it happening with our injuries. 2-0 Weston. Still think we will make playoffs though, due to result(s) from other games.

We surely can't continue to lose after being so dominant in most areas against Totton and Bath.

Weston 0 Dorking 1

Great to have Alfie and Jimmy back.
Also Marc said there’s been in excess of 500 sold so far so should be great backing for the lads.
I think it’ll be a 1-1 draw, Carter

Sorry to say, but I cannot see our shell-shocked players coming good on this one. 2-0 to Weston.
