Following the draw yesterday, we have been drawn at home to Ashford Town (Middlesex) in the first round.
Not sure what sort of side we will be putting forward this year but the fixture should take place around September/October.
Probably a job for the B team unless we particularly need to use it to bring back a player from injury. Would be lovely to have a run in this, but much bigger fish to fry this season.

@dorking-eagle Pretty sure in the last 7 or 8 years we have either made the final or got knocked out first round!
Game against Ashford now confirmed for Tuesday 22 September.
This date will change if we require a replay from our FA Cup match a few days before it.
Obviously this has been re-arranged due to our required FA Cup replay with Southall.
The new date is showing as next week (29th) on a lot of the fixture sites (Sofascore, etc) but not yet on the Dorking website.
If true, England are on the telly (Czech away, 7.45pm) on the same evening.

Any news on this one? I’m guessing it won’t be next week as doesn’t seemed to have been mentioned in any of Marc’s interviews
Would expect B team/Academy to mainly feature in this game? That was what I assumed when it was initially priced at £6.
With the current injuries , I’d risk no first teamers
