It's an interesting watch.
Standout points are Marc emphasising that it may take a little while for this team to be where they want to be and the suggestion that pre-season hasn't exactly gone to plan. Good to hear from a couple of the new lads too!
Marc's story of voice-noting JP9 made me chuckle too 🤣
Like the approach of downplaying expectations to take the pressure of the players.
No pre-season is perfect but as Macca said the other day, they wont be overcooked coming into this season as previous seasons. Its a mature preparation to manage the minutes, and focus on slowly building up match fitness rather than trying to win friendly games for the sake of it.
