Dorking Wandering
The Dorking Wanderers FC Fans Forum
The first of a Bank Holiday double header as we make the short trip up the road to face newly promoted Walton & Hersham. The Swans have had several promotions in recent years, but after a tough Summer where they lost most of their best players and their manager, they sit bottom of the table on 0 points.
The injury update suggests that Dan Pybus and Harry Forster should return for this one, with Harry Pinchard not far away either. Muitt, Gallagher and Taylor remain longer term absentees, but there was no word on the status of Francomb or Vincent.
Predictions:
Walton & Hersham 0-2 Dorking (Rogalski, Rutherford)
1,138 att.
Morris
Camp Annesley Laqeretabua
Forster Pybus Tauta-Caballero Lewis
Barrett
Nikaj Rogalski
Subs: Sayers, Philpot, Page, Vincent(?), McShane, Wood, Rutherford
I did actually park front row but I was close to those 3 portaloos so took so long to get round.
The other issue of course is that as cars leave their spaces it creates gaps where often other cars push through to the front.
Zero car park management, just a free for all. Plus being a leisure centre complex there were cars coming IN as well!
Best car park I know of at a ground is one at the Amex Stadium known as 'The Bridge' car park - they have a steward on every line of cars, and are very fair is walking in front of the rows of cars so that 2 cars per row get out then they let another row of cars have a turn.

@gary-munnery I was 2nd row just past half way so closer to the portaloos, instead of turning out my space and going to the right as all the other cars were doing, I went left and possibly the wrong way😅 which meant I avoided having to wait and got out within about 30 seconds
