Sounds like Annesley might not feature at all, but 'Charlton Josh' has already proved himself more than capable, not having conceded a goal whilst on the pitch!

A very attacking line up 'because that is all we have' so I am going for goals!

Prediction:

AFC Totton 2 Dorking Wanderers 3

Word from training is that Pybus is out for max 7 days so will not feature tomorrow - tweaked groin

This is the best team we have had since we went up beating Ebbsfleet in the play offs. I think we win this one 2-0 with goals from Nkiaj and Barrett.

What has happened to Charlie Sayers? I think I missed that update.

@luke Don’t think he was injured, just not up to full speed yet.

Well I assume Sayers will have to start tomorrow if Annesley isn't fit enough to start.

     Camp   Laqaretabua   Sayers

 Wood      Page      Vincent      Lewis

                    Barrett

Surely Forster will start instead of Wood?

Completely agree @Crawleysth, assuming Dennon is now fit enough to start.  Dominated last season there whilst managing to lose. Surely we can get a goal at last.   DW to win 1-0.  Lewis.

Great win. Team shapes up so much better without Pybus. Hopefully Marc can see this now…

Watched the game tonight thought some of the new players looked good (Laqeretabua ,Nikaj, Forster) Annesley getting through 90 while being a doubt was pretty impressive. Might be a bit of hindsight but it was mentioned earlier on the forum that the squad a week or so before the season started was a bit threadbare if some of those deals could have been done earlier I reckon Dorking would be sat top of the league on 3 wins from 3. Rogalski especially once he learns the patters will probably end the season on 20 odd goals.

Really good performance, lots of positives.

Definitely the fitness levels must be improving for Dennon and Louie

Rutherford did seem to blaze his chances, but his set up for the 2nd by Nikaj was superb, proper Wanderers goal that one.

As for the ground, the new covered terrace at one end looked excellent but the stewards said it was home fans only, so in effect it was 'soft segregation' where we chose our spots away from there and stayed put (I guess it's now. Were free to move around the ground though.

Odd situation with the toilets, the only ones I could find were in the main block, you would've thought there would be at least some portaloos dotted about.

First competitive away win since Enfield Town away (4-2) on Tuesday 17 March

All in all a great night and the confidence that will feed into the team is going to be a big deal ahead of Maidstone on Saturday.

Best performance for quite a while, really enjoyable game and excellent community ground with a nice atmosphere.  Some excellent performances from the new players particularly the forwards, having pace up front makes such a difference.  I thought Vincent was excellent and is much underrated. On another day the ref could have sent Josh off for the lunge tackle in the first half so maybe got away with one there, also not sure that their defender didn't actually play the ball for the sending off but nice to get the rub of the green for once. Overall a really great result against a strong opponent. Feeling positive for the season now.

Really, really strong performance. We seemed full of energy, skill and running - and don't want to speak too soon but seem to be starting to click.

Totally agree about Vincent, he looks fitter than ever and is starting to dominate in games. Definately underrated.

And we have some player in Forester, some first half magic was particularly outstanding.

One thing which was good to see was the interplay around the box, mixing it up with far fewer high hanging crosses.

Oh and a note on the ground, love the improvements but had no idea that end was home fans only, so couldn't work out why no one joined us when we walked round to that end at half time. Ended up standing with (mostly) Totton fans, which was fine.

I think I should be thanked for my small but significant part in our victory last night. By forecasting a Totton win it all but guaranteed us a comprehensive win.
