The long trip to Devon awaits this weekend as we face league leaders Torquay United at Plainmoor. The Gulls are the form team in the league with 4 wins from their last 5 games and currently sit 3 points ahead of us after their midweek win away at Dover.

Marc announced in his weekly update that Rutherford should be back in 10 days or so. Carter, Taylor and Pybus all continue to miss out as well.

Predictions:

Torquay 1-1 Dorking (McCallum)

3,531 att.

                       Foulkes

         Camp     Annesley   Francomb

  Muitt     Gallagher      Sidwell       Lewis

                       McShane

              McCallum       Casey

Subs: Craig, Norville-Williams, Knight, McManus, Vincent, Moore, Prior

@hemelwanderer Pitch inspection scheduled for tomorrow at 8:45am. Presumably timed before the team head down there to train tomorrow morning.

Pitch inspection 8.45am Friday morning because the team travel on Friday

I'm travelling down to Torbay this evening regardless, as have arranged to visit and stay with family, and could do with the break anyway for a couple of days, which will be a tonic regardless of the weather and if there is football or not!

Good on them doing a pitch inspection early doors. Should the game succumb to the rain then a long midweek trip to Torquay the back end of the season could be on the cards!

General consensus seems to be the game is more likely to be off rather than on.

If it does go ahead I think it’ll be a 2 all draw.

This means we play 5 straight home games! I wonder if that's ever happened before at Dorking...

Also means 8 games on 3G pitches in a row as well.

Really wish they'd do a home ticket bundle (multiple home games, small discount)
