Another shot at FA Cup 1st Round glory, as we start our campagin away at Step 4 Southall. Wanderers have not won an away FA Cup match since 2021 but will hope to change that in Uxbridge this Sunday.
It sounds like Harry Forster is the latest to fall victim to the Meadowbank minefield, but Frank Vincent is expected to return for this one. Taylor, Muitt and Gallagher remain longer term absentees, while Jack Wood is not expected back until next weekend.

Swear that happens every year. Happened last season with Aldershot and the two seasons before with Horsham...
You would expect a win in the replay but another game 2 days after the first one will not be beneficial to a squad that is already bring stretched due to injury. I think he should play a back 4 and make sure they get through the cup tie. Team for me would be:

@boa-watcher Back 4 probably is the right call, although I am really not sold on Sayers yet. Haven’t seen what he can do going forward but seems really weak defensively. Although maybe he suits a 4 more than a 3 and is just adjusting.
@dorkingelliot Sayers has been so poor and that penalty on Sunday was a shocking decision from him
