Back on the road as we face Chesham United at The Meadow tomorrow. The Generals are a tougher test than when we won there 5-0 last year and they currently sit 15th on 24 points. They have lost their last 4 matches though.

Good news on the injury front for a change as Carter, McShane, Marquez and Francomb are all expected to return. Brennan Camp misses the game through suspension after picking up his 5th league yellow last time out.

Predictions:

Chesham 3-3 Dorking (Prior x 2, McShane)

779 att.

                                Foulkes

             Annesley      Storey    Norville-Williams

    Muitt       Taylor      Moore        Vincent       Lewis

                        McShane      Prior

Subs: Craig, Francomb, Gallagher, Pybus, Carter, Hebert, Marquez

Seems a bit of an odd signing?

The one area we seem to have good quality and depth is ball playing midfielders with the likes of Carter, McShane, Taylor, Vincent, Moore, etc. Unless one of those has picked up an injury then I don't really see where he is going to play. A striker, winger, left back or even defensive midfielder seem like a much bigger priority.

He's also involved in the Baller League thing on Monday nights which I can't imagine Marc will be particularly happy with...

@calvertskans Short term, not expensive and loves the club, apparently. I'm guessing Luke Moore is one tired player atm - and with no Niall to fall back on it gives us interesting options. I've always seen him as a ball winner tbh, a battler who can get things moving quick.

(think he's cup tied btw which is a shame)

  • @calvertskans I am a big Dennon Lewis fan and think he has been one of our best players this season, but he was nowhere near an 8/10 on Saturday😅
