What a legend this guy is when he explains the story of his youth football, and how he took the club to step 1 of non-league.
Funny to hear he played for Bookham Colts at U10s and U12s.
63 goals in a season is a made return at U11s. His explanation on why it was struck off sounds fake.
He is at his most honest here, although he had done a lot of interviews, this one he seems more relaxed and its a great insight.
