Yep - beat me to it. I was about to do this on a separate thread but the performances at Chelmsford and Farnborough (for instance) were worlds apart. ...

For me, he's not commanding enough - both physically and vocally. i think we need more of a 'shouter' - and ideally a bigger keeper.
