I am curious as to whether an affected teenager could simply bring a passport and save the unnecessary cost and hassle of faffing about with an app?

@dorking-eagle I don't think that would work - don't they want thier identidy held on a database so that they can easily ban individuals?

@adeb Yeah the whole idea is each teenager has a qr code that gets scanned for each match. If said teen is caught upto no good then identisurge can block the qr code / black list them on the database to prevent them from gaining access into the stadium on a matchday

Amazed it's legal for them to hold a person's identity data to be honest. Must be sailing very close the wind with GDPR regs.
