Probably not going to be the hottest topic on the forum, but it looks like a date has been set for the home game against Lingfield

10th Dec 2024 at Meadowbank

IF (big if cause it could be the B team) we win that game, then we would play AWAY at Farnham Town in the next round (date tbc)

If that is the starting XI then it would be a combined age of 335! With an average age of 30.45

Camp might start instead of Fuller which would lower it a bit but Marc did say he did his hamstring last week so I imagine he is there just in case.

Moore starting instead of Gallagher or Rutherford would raise it even further!

While not an excuse for last night, there is absolutely no way the Surrey Senior Cup final should be held in mid-May. 99% of sides will have finished their season already and mentally be on the beach.

Many counties have the final in March or April and I think the Surrey FA should look to do the same. We had 2nd round matches being played in April this season which is ridiculous. If sides can't fulfill their fixtures by a certain date then it should be a walkover to the next round for the other side.

Would also like to see it be held at a neutral ground if the home team (i.e Dorking) make the final. Surely somewhere like Selhurst Park or Plough Lane could host it?
