A third trip to Salisbury in the last 8 months awaits as we travel to Wiltshire once again tomorrow. The Whites form has picked up a bit since we played them a month or so ago but they still sit 22nd in the table on 11 points.

Dorking announced the loan signing of Jose Marquez from Forest Green Rovers yesterday and also that Dan Gallagher is expected to return to the squad. Marc also said that Francomb and Pybus will return to training next week but McManus needs another scan to understand the extent of his setback. There was no mention of the injuries to Carter and also Hebert who missed the Youth Cup game last night.

Predictions:

Dorking 3-3 Salisbury (Rutherford, Lewis, Marquez)

1,038 att.

                              Foulkes

       Camp      Storey      Craig    Norville-Williams

                    Taylor            Vincent

        Muitt              McShane              Lewis

                            Rutherford

Subs: Annesley, Gallagher, Sullivan, Moore, Jacks, Prior, Marquez

Any danger of the game being rained off (ie waterlogged pitch) at all? I know it's not Halifax, but seen the wet forecast for today and wondered if it has any history of waterlogging?

Think there may be a few tired legs so I’ll say a draw . 1-1

Muitt for us.

It will be interesting to see how the team plays without Jason to aim for.  And looking forward to seeing the Raging Bull play!
I think there will be goals and that we might it down there, 3-2 Dorking.

Great to see Marquez get a debut goal today, and be played from the start. 3 wins on the bounce, into the top 7 and with two fixtures coming up that we can get at least 4 points from if not 6.

Salisbury were competitive but had few shots on goal (first shot on target in 92nd min???)

Glad Marquez scored today as it will settle him in nicely.

Josh Taylor and Luke Moore were hugely important today, and another clean sheet.

Looking up the table now with Enfield next to he put to the sword! COYW!

@gary-munnery Superb mate. Held the ball up really well, strong, skillful and a real handful. A big find, this one imo.

Good win, dominated throughout and probably should have been up by 1 or 2 at half time. It was good to see us win a game, especially away from home, despite not having scored in the first half as we've been missing that a bit this season.

Thought Marquez did well considering he hasn't played much recently and only had 1 training session with the club. Reminds me a bit of Seager mixed with Rodari in his playstyle.

Some stats:

Possession: Salisbury 46% - 54% Dorking

Shots (OT): Salisbury 10 (2) - 14 (5) Dorking

xG: Salisbury 0.80 - 2.81 Dorking

Long Balls: Salisbury 58 - 35 Dorking - The lowest amount we've attempted this season by some distance

Duels Success: Salisbury 53% - 47% Dorking - Strangely, we've only lost the duels on 3 occasions this season and they were arguably our 3 best performances - Tonbridge (H), Torquay (H) and Salisbury (A).

Top Performer: Jordan Norville-Williams [8.1]
