Just over halfway through the season, who is everyone voting for our player of the season so far? I've added all the likely candidates to a poll.

Also, what goal would be goal of the season so far?

Some player stats to help:

  Games Goals Assists Clean Sheets
Alfie RUTHERFORD 20 8 4 4
Jason PRIOR 26 5 4 6
Patrick CASEY 6 5 1 0
James McSHANE 27 2 8 3
Charlie CARTER 19 11 1 3
Dennon LEWIS 31 7 7 5
Frank VINCENT 31 1 6 5
Jimmy MUITT 25 6 3 5
Josh TAYLOR 23 4 3 5
Brennan CAMP 28 4 6 5
Harrison FOULKES 25 0 1 4

Dennon for me 100%. Been a brilliant signing and a proper bums off seat player when he’s on the charge. Muitt has also been fantastic up until his absence.

Goal of the season so far is tough, been so many contenders. The two at Slough but my favourite was probably Young’s winner against WSM

Agree on Dennon. He is so consistent with his excellent crosses and almost always beats his man. Can finish too.

Yes, some great goals to choose from. For technical perfection, maybe Young shades it but my favourite was Charlie’s last gasp winner off the underside of the bar at Slough. A massive bonus and brilliant finish.

Dennon Lewis. Been a superb signing for us, when he is firing on all cylinders he is a nightmare for the oppo fullbacks.

Brennan Camp for me. Puts his body on the line every game he plays, absolute warrior!

Dennon has been very good too.

Pat Casey could be in the frame for POTY if he continues his amazing scoring form for the rest of the season.

Goal of the season so far - the December shortlist alone was insane, I really enjoyed the Pybus free kick just because we haven't scored one of those for a very long time!

Really tough one this but maybe Dennon shades this atm - for sheet consistency, although Camp, Charlie (when not injured), Jimmy and now Casey running him close.

One thing I'd say, is you cannot fault ANY of our players efforts, not once have I seen or thought a player wasn't quite giving thier all - and that's one of the many great things about DWFC.

Bad news club has just announced Josh Taylor has significant ACL injury and will be out for rest of season. With Charlie Carter also injured, two big losses in midfield.

Oh FFS, what an absolute farce.

Feel sorry for the fitness guy, he's got his work cut out coming up with rehab plans

Central midfield definitely now a priority area for new signings. Probably need a winger as well.

No surprises as the lad was injured a lot before we signed him, and he has been injured more than fit for us. We took a gamble, and it did not pay off. The other clubs believed in the data and we took a punt.

Time to tuck him up and let him go at the end of his current contract surely. You cannot have players on your books who are only fit 20% of the time. You are burning money when that happens.

@jacksonfairweather Not sure anything can be done about someone breaking a toe - that is just bad luck (especially 2 broken toes in one game).

Pybus has been outstanding since his return from injury, and I'm pretty sure will be again once he's back after hopefully only a relatively short time out.

@hemelwanderer I just saw that, hoping there’s truth in it. He knows where the goal is
