19 Midfielder on loan from Wimbledon. Been on loan at Dagenham earlier this season. Williams add to our injury ravaged midfield.

Son of former premier league player Steve Sidwell.

A much needed boost to the midfield.

Good signing.

We just need Paul McCallum in on loan from Eastleigh as rumoured, and we will be well on the way to attacking the 1st promotion spot.

McCallum would clear up with Den and Jimmy supplying crosses from out wide.

Is he really, that makes me feel old

Just reading some Eastleigh fans comments about McCallum. Apparently been off form for some time and has had an op last year. Hoping he can regain some of that 23/24 season form

McCallum is a real unit. He will clear up at NLS level even if he is only 70% fit.

Looking forward to seeing him play for us as he has exceptional qualities. In some respects he is league 1 level when on his game.

Get him out there on the pitch even if he is only 70% fit and he will bury this league.

As I’m sure a lot of people find when signings at this level are confirmed, nine times out of ten they aren’t exactly household names so are a bit of an unknown quantity.. if he can be anything like his dad then we have a good one. Good luck, HS 🫡

Paul McCallam on the other hand, I’m sure a lot of fans will recognise that name! Used to bang them in for fun at Eastleigh in the NL so really pleased to have him onboard.

Anyone know why Eastleigh where happy to let him go, has he struggled this year?

Tuesday's game against Hornchurch has been postponed due to Hornchurch having to postpone their FA Trophy game.

@calvertskans That’s a shame but handy for recoveries

Wow. These are two very very good signings. It does puts considerable more pressure on getting promoted this season I guess as how things stood, the pressure was off to a degree with all the bad luck with impact injuries etc.

I think we’re in a very good place now but I do have major concern about the CB position still since Storey got pushed to the bench and subsequently departed. I’m not sure Craig is up to the level anymore (since the start of last season) of what we really need at the back and although admittedly has had quite a lot of bad luck this season with some comical goals conceded, has also made quite a few mistakes getting caught out of position and diving in. Not sure Marc fancies Louis A as the main CB so that leaves us very reliant on Craig.

Tony Craig is managing his physical situation well. End of last season he was struggling, more than this season.

To be honest if you have Paul McCallum up top with Patrick Casey you have serious firepower.

I am not sure how much of the defensive weaknesses will be exploited given the front 2 are so strong. It is a NLP/ League 2 today front 2. With the midfield fit it is a NLP/League 2 attack. We will kill teams with our goal potency, sorry to say that but its true.
