@smr This happened last season on the side where the home stand is, there is a small wall there going along. It is not all the way around the ground, but it is in that specific part of the pitch.

The fans were seriously worried about the lad, as the opponent deliberately pushed him and he made contact with the brick wall. Fortunately his head did not make contact, but he was badly hurt.

Any news of a fixture date for Swindon away (when known) will be gratefully appreciated! 👍

The game at Swindon appears to be scheduled for 7pm on Saturday 22 November, at the County Ground.

Unusual scheduling, I can only assume that Swindon have their reasons (???)....perhaps they want their own fans to stay behind after their 3pm League Two home game against Grimsby (???)

Would have gone if it had been a midweek fixture, bit of a shame, hopefully the players friends and families can make it.

I agree the FA website says the 26th, which is odd as it should be played no later than the 22nd

This was tweeted by Surrey FA

Red background graphic with Surrey FA logo at top left, FA logo at top right, and November 2025 date. Text announces Second Round Proper of The FA Youth Cup with three match fixtures: Stevanage vs Merstham on 10/11/2025 KO 19:30, Oxford City vs Walton and Hersham on 21/11/2025 KO 19:00, Swindon vs Dorking Wanderers on 22/11/2025 KO 19:00. Bottom section displays club logos: Merstham Football Club with yellow and black design, Walton and Hersham with blue swan emblem, Dorking Wanderers with red and white crest.

Then again Surrey FA can't spell Stevenage! I note all 3 Surrey Non League teams are away, two to League teams.

Apparently it's taking a while to sort this one out (not our fault!) but we're aiming for the 26th Nov...

The winner of Swindon v Dorking Wanderers will have an away trip to either Needham Market or Southend United in mid-December

@dorking-eagle Bit dissapointing perhaps? Isn't this the round where the Prem clubs enter?

Yes I see the Premier and Championship clubs in the draw. There are only 7 non league teams left out of the 76 teams left, and most of those need to win a 2nd round replay to play in the 3rd round.

Isn't that 5 away draws in a row now?

Yes @adeb the 3rd round is where Prem clubs enter

Palace got a home game against Bradford City or York City (been to both of those obvs)

Swindon away is a brilliant draw for our lads, nice pitch, big ground, will be a great experience. I'm keen on a lift (car or minibus etc) if anyone is going 👍
