Camberley Town away in the next round - 2nd Qualifying
Monday 29th Sept 7pm, apparently
Not related to the title but the Women's team has drawn Bromley away in the next round of the FA Cup.
Sunday 5th October
Wingate & F away in the next round (great win last night btw) - although I'm guessing this will be switched to Meadowbank as are all W&F's home matches until they have put some 'soft cladding' around the wall.

Game to be played at Potters Bar Town FC - kick off 8pm next Tuesday.
@calvertskans Sorry, missed that! Odd day - also means no Josh Hebbert and other first team fringe youth players so surprised we agreed that. Maybe had no choice?
I guess we have to work around Potters Bar's match schedule (whilst Wingate do the work putting padding onto their perimiter walls?)
I did read on twitter on 6th October that AFC Welwyn were in dispute with Potters Bar - AFC Welwyn had agreed to groundshare there, in the hope of playing their home games on Friday nights, however hardly any teams in their league agreed to play on that day on the week, making the groundshare unviable. And so they didn't want to pay for all the pitch hires. Just an interesting bit of side story though really.

@adeb Redhill also has a brick wall around the ground, when I was there last season a lad was pushed into it and it looked serious but he was ok in the end.
Surely, all teams with these brick wall perimeters should be forced to take them down in memory of Billy Vigar. There is a duty of care here to the players safety.

Saw on BBC that Wingate & Finchley have removed theirs now. Agreed all need to come down.
@crawleysth Surely the game can be played there now then? And move it from the frankly bloody terrible Friday night slot too - which means not only is it an absolute pain to get to, but no Hebert or Sullivan either for what is a very important game...
My first Dorking away game was at Potters Bar. Do enjoy the FA Youth Cup but won't be fighting my way round the M25 on a Friday evening.

Great result tonight. Coming back from 0-2 at half time with Josh H scoring both - then scoring the winning penalty!
Cambridge City away next round - shame we didn't get a league side but it's very winnable, if a bit of a long journey.
(Drawn away 3 times in a row btw)
Cambridge City is a brand new (and impressive) ground I haven't done before so would love to get to it if it doesn't clash with a game I am already going to.
Sounds like the midweek it will be played is the half term week where I already have Dorking v Maidenhead on the Tuesday night and Liverpool v Palace in the Carabao Cup on the Wednesday night so fingers crossed for it being on another night!!

The away game at Cambridge City is on Thursday 30th October, and the club are running a coach for club staff and players families however that is already full.
They have said they would consider running a minibus for supporters if there is enough interest so if anyone is interested please come forward (I suspect there won't be enough supporter interest in attending but you never know - totally understand they wouldn't run it for just me taking two seats lol)
